With the modern equipment purchased by our company as part of a development strategy, we can offer our clients:

Projects are carried out on the basis of personal experience, based on the technical documentation provided, including residual documentation, sketches, and the client’s concept.
Years of experience in steel structure manufacturing technologies make the structures we design optimized in terms of their subsequent trouble-free manufacturing.
We ensure discretion when implementing new products, prototypes.


We use CAD tools that enable us to create:

- 2D documentation on paper or in any electronic format: PDF, TIF, DWG, DXF or other depending on the client needs

 
- 3D models in Creo Elements and Solid Works.All parts are designed in a parametric manner, enabling their subsequent easy modification, and the environments of these programs allow for any modification to be introduced at every design stage – the model of a single component in an assembly or drawing documentation – is automatically mapped to the other program environments.,
- FEM strength analysis – stress and strain tests, buckling analysis, shape optimization.The tested models are subjected to both static and dynamic loads, also taking into account the effects of transitional inertia – enables predicting and immediately solving any problems related to e.g. noise or vibrations,
- machine operation simulations – we prepare visualizations and animations of equipment designed by us.This allows us to verify proper operation, and detect possible collisions.These materials can also be used for training purposes or advertising,
 
 
We specialize in designing:

We develop projects comprising of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automatic parts.As we have almost complete manufacturing facilities, the equipment we design for you can also be built by us.

- SolidWorks 2008 – one workstation,
- Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 + Pro/Mechanica – one workstation,
- AutoCAD LT – four workstations.

Equipment:
- Dell Precision T1600 workstation (for the Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 + Pro/Mechanica software),
- HP DesignJet 500 plotter (maximum drawing print size – A0 or 841mm x any length),
- other computers and printers.
