I. CUTTING: 

  • shears and guillotines for plates of max 25 mm, length 3150 mm
  • automatic plasma cutting machine for plates of max. 20 mm, dimensions 6000 x 2000
  • automatic laser cutting machine for plates of max 10 mm, dimensions 6000 x 2000
  • automatic oxy-acetylene cutting machine for plates of max. 200 mm, dimensions 6000 x 3000

 

II. BENDING AND ROLLING: 
  • digitally controlled bending brake with max. pressure of 400 t for bending plates of max. 4100 mm and thickness 20 mm
  • crank presses of max. pressure 160 ton
  • plate folder for plates of max. 5 mm and length 2500 mm
  • rolling mills Ø 180, Ø 360<

 

III. ASSEMBLY AND WELDING:
  •  welding machines for welding of steel with the MAG, MIG and TIG methods and with hidden arc
  • KUKA welding robot 

IV. LIGHT MECHANICAL PROCESSING:
  •  universal machine tools: lathes for max. diameter of the object D=800 mm and max. length L=2000 mm, drilling machines for max. bore dia. d=80 mm, milling machines, planers and grinders.

 
V. HEAVY MECHANICAL PROCESSING:

  • plate boring machine JUARISTI 130 CM for processing heavy welded structures of up to 20 ton, with the processing space X x Y x Z: 8000x2600x1500 mm and spindle diameter 130 mm.
  • digitally controlled table boring machine CNC Wotan Rapid 2 R/6 for processing heavy welded structures of up to 8 ton, with the processing space X x Y x Z: 3000x2500x2400 mm and spindle diameter 130 mm.
  • table boring machines (5 pieces) for processing housings, with the processing space X x Y x Z: 2000x2000x1700 mm and spindle diameter 110÷125 mm.
  • multi-spindle planer mill type FBC90 with the processing space X x Y x Z: 3000x900x900 mm.

 

VI. SHOT BLASTING:
  •  shot blasting chamber of dimensions 15000x5000x4000 mm

 

VII. WET PAINTING:
  •  paint shop for application of pain with the AIR COAT, AIRLESS method on to all our products, located in a hall with dimensions 50 m x 20 m x 10 m.
